The VFL stands for the Victorian Football League.
Playing football in High School and at the college level has left me with a greater understanding of football leagues throughout the world. The Victorian Football League was formed in the 1990′s and has become a huge national competitive sport. There are so many aspects of football that are important for a real winning attitude, but a worthy coach has to learn to split his time up, to prepare all players for a a winning team. Affiliating with the Victorian league is a way to stay in the loop and get real updates and new information regarding the teams and its players. My family and I make it a point to watch the league on national television and to have a big party with friends. Last year, my wife went to the grocery store and bought chips, dips, cheese balls and a huge turkey. She spent hours in the kitchen preparing our snacks for the big games. Our friends were so pleased with our dedication to the Victorian Football League that they choose to help the teams too and donate money and time to helping them thrive. I felt like we were all old buddies at a local game, as we yelled and routed for our teams.
